Currently we both have decided to purchase another home for both of us and family to stay together. Yes we both so excited about it, and we know some of you maybe just like us wanted a house for us to settle down. We would like to write our experience we are facing or any tips you guys want to share lets us know by leave us comment below. Right now we don't in a rush to have a house, so by 2020 its an ample time for us to make saving for our house.

1) gets you estimated loan from financial institute that suitable for you and how many the loan will be cover
2) Choose your house within the range budget and agree with partner
3) After comparing a few of houses and few aspect we agree on as below
3.1) Security
3.2) Maintenance
3.3) Compact house; easy to clean.
3.4) High Rise
3.5) Strategy Location
*The selection that we choose is a newly-built properties and it is APARTMENT for our second house. The Floor Plan as below.
4) Financial Institute
4.1) Send all document need by financial institute with the best interest rate to be offer.
4.2) After approval from the loan then select the best rate.
4.3) Wait for financial institute to call you up for the sign the offer latter
5) Developer
5.1) They will call for sign the S&P
5.2) We Get Free Processing Fees For S&P
5.3) For our case since this is not the first house the loan will goin to be 90%
5.4) So we need to standby 10% for up front payment
6) Legal Fee & Stamp Duty
6.1)Standby For Signing with bank lawyer and made lawyer fees payment.
