Hello Moment! Finally you arrived at our door step.
thank you so much my dear for surprising me with the lens... yar its one of my wish list for this year since i would like to start up my own vlog channel soon....
u'uhh... yes its for start up my vlog, since we just have Penasonic Lumix, and the most wanted compact camera is Canon G7X which most vloggers are using.. yes MOST of them owns it.. unfortunately its rather costlty for us. Then my husband gave me this Moment lense to take another step higher closer to DSLR camera.. yes its output may come as close to DSLR camera.
Since im new, i might take longer time to upload my first video, so i will try my best to upload it soon...

Next, we are waiting for phase to come...
Currently we both have decided to purchase another home for both of us and family to stay together. Yes we both so excited about it, and we know some of you maybe just like us wanted a house for us to settle down. We would like to write our experience we are facing or any tips you guys want to share lets us know by leave us comment below. Right now we don't in a rush to have a house, so by 2020 its an ample time for us to make saving for our house.
a few phase we have facing
1) gets you estimated loan from financial institute that suitable for you and how many the loan will be cover
2) Choose your house within the range budget and agree with partner
3) After comparing a few of houses and few aspect we agree on as below
3.1) Security
3.2) Maintenance
3.3) Compact house; easy to clean.
3.4) High Rise
3.5) Strategy Location
*The selection that we choose is a newly-built properties and it is APARTMENT for our second house. The Floor Plan as below.
4) Financial Institute
4.1) Send all document need by financial institute with the best interest rate to be offer.
4.2) After approval from the loan then select the best rate.
4.3) Wait for financial institute to call you up for the sign the offer latter
5) Developer
5.1) They will call for sign the S&P
5.2) We Get Free Processing Fees For S&P
5.3) For our case since this is not the first house the loan will goin to be 90%
5.4) So we need to standby 10% for up front payment
6) Legal Fee & Stamp Duty
6.1)Standby For Signing with bank lawyer and made lawyer fees payment.

Made in 1985, 3rd January and syukur alhamdullilah i am 33! Thank you Allah s.w.t for giving me to celebrate this year's birthday. I believe what already written for me more bigger things in life i will go trough in future. And HE knows what I'm capable of or not.... trust your inner power and see the positive thing will happen to you FARAH!
anyway its my favourite number! beside according tu sunnah you need to take 3times for almost anything... wuduq, food(kurma/kismis)... Hahaha it took me 33 years to be me... hahaha...
i had a surprise before my birthday.. hahaha thank you to NONIE for surprising me in advanced... may Allah repay all of your kindness. beside all the wishes from all my love one.....and gift.... plus a voice massage from mifrah ahmad.....
